Madhuri Dixit sells two properties in Mumbai’s Andheri, Juhu for Rs 9.2 crore

The deals reflect sharp appreciation in Mumbai's property market, with the Andheri office rising over nine-fold in value since 2008 and the Juhu flat more than doubling since its purchase in 2012.
