Nexus Select Trust Q1 NOI rises 11% on strong retail demand

Nexus Select Trust reported an eleven percent increase in net operating income. Retail consumption rose seventeen percent, supporting strong leasing activity across its portfolio. The trust declared a distribution of Rs 370 crore, a ten percent rise. It also plans portfolio expansion with new acquisitions and existing asset renewals. Nexus Select Trust aims to double its portfolio by the year 2030.
