Two MDMK MLAs refuse to resign, announce decision to continue as DMK legislators

Two MDMK MLAs have refused to resign from their Assembly seats. They announced they will continue functioning as DMK legislators in the Assembly. This decision follows the MDMK severing ties with the DMK party recently. The MLAs stated they would not betray voters who elected them on the DMK symbol. They met with DMK leaders M K Stalin and Udhayanidhi Stalin for blessings.
