Centre airlifts 10 more CRPF companies to Delhi

Ten CRPF companies have been airlifted from Chhattisgarh to Delhi to strengthen security amid ongoing student protests over examination paper leaks. The move comes as around 150 CAPF companies are set to be deployed in the national capital ahead of Independence Day. The CISF has also restricted leaves for its Delhi Metro security unit due to heightened security requirements.
