Indo MIM's Rs 3,812 cr IPO to open on July 23; price band set at Rs 461-485

Indo MIM Ltd announced its Initial Public Offering, which opens for subscription on July twenty-third. The precision engineering components maker fixed a price band of Rs 461 to Rs 485 per share. This public issue comprises a fresh issue of equity shares and an Offer For Sale. The company plans to utilize Rs 400 crore from the fresh issue proceeds.
