Dolly Parton's California retreat with wig room and Dollywood birdhouse lists for $1.95M

Dolly Parton's former hideaway in Solvang is on the market.

The current owner of the home, Cris Lapp, who is a real estate broker with Black Oak Homes and Mortgages, has placed it up for sale for $1.95 million, and told Noozhawk that he hopes a "mega fan" like him ends up purchasing the property.

Originally built in 1920, the coveted property features three distinct homes, including a three-bedroom, two-bathroom front home, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom upper rear unit and a one-bedroom lower unit with a three-quarter bath.
