Govt notifies 1.03 crore square metres land in South Goa as No Development Zone
Goa has declared over a crore square metres of ecologically sensitive land in Salcete taluka as a No Development Zone. This move, encompassing salt pans and paddy fields across seven villages, aims to bolster environmental protection and safeguard the state's delicate ecosystems. The largest portion is in Talaulim, with other significant areas in Majorda and Seraulim.
