Lucknow fire: LDA issues demolition notice for Aliganj building after 15 die in blaze

Following a devastating fire that claimed 15 lives, the Lucknow Development Authority has issued a demolition notice for the Aliganj building. Authorities are also investigating their own officials for alleged negligence and complicity in the illegal operation of the residential structure as a commercial space. This comes after a previous demolition order in 2016 was revoked.
