Key accused held in Balianta lynching case

The state crime branch has arrested Binod Kumar Behera, the 16th accused in the brutal mob lynching of railway constable Soumya Ranjan Swain. Behera joined the mob after hearing allegations of attempted rape against Swain. Investigators identified Behera through video footage, and he was apprehended after being on the run.
