India great partner, ready to expand energy exports: Marco Rubio

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the United States is ready to sell India as much energy as it is willing to buy, ahead of his first official visit to New Delhi. He described India as a “great partner” and said energy cooperation would be a key focus of his discussions during the trip, which will also include meetings with Quad foreign ministers.
