Draw foolproof crowd-control plan for Rath Yatra: DGP to officers

Odisha DGP Y B Khurania has ordered a foolproof crowd-control plan for the upcoming Rath Yatra in Puri, prioritizing devotee safety after last year's fatal stampede. The plan includes shifting food stalls, restricting performances near chariots, and identifying vulnerable spots. Special drives against criminals and intensified patrolling are also planned.
