NIA arrests Kolkata man in Pak-linked espionage case

A Kolkata man, Zafar Riaz alias Rizvi, has been arrested by the National Investigation Agency. He is accused of spying for Pakistan since 2005. Rizvi was previously convicted in an espionage case. He allegedly passed confidential security information to Pakistan Intelligence Officers. Proceedings were underway to declare him a Proclaimed Offender before his arrest.
