Have asked all High Courts to conduct online hearings: CJI Surya Kant

Chief Justice of India Surya Kant has urged all high courts to conduct online hearings. Most high courts have already adopted this practice. This initiative aims to reduce unnecessary expenses. The Chief Justice has also requested high court chief justices to consider online hearings for district courts.
