Assam cabinet approves notification and implementation of Assam State Data Policy (ASDP) 2026

The Assam cabinet has approved the Assam State Data Policy 2026. This new policy replaces the 2022 version. A Centre for Data Management will be established. This agency will create a unified data repository for analytics and AI. Departments will systematically share data. This aims to drive innovation for departments and citizens.
