22-yr-old drowns in H’bag pond, body fished out after 20-hr op

After an extensive 20-hour rescue operation, the body of a 22-year-old commando was recovered from Khajanchi Talab, having drowned while enjoying a day out with a friend. The local community, alongside the MLA, is now urging the government to provide compensation and to create a specialized disaster response unit to ensure this kind of tragedy does not happen again.
