10 of 38 abducted in Manipur still untraceable; Kuki groups call shutdown

Security forces and civil society groups are working to find ten people still missing in Manipur. An ambush on May 13 killed three civilians and injured four. Following this incident, several people were detained. Twenty-eight have now been safely released. Efforts continue to secure the release of the remaining individuals.
