Delhi High Court initiates contempt plea against Kejriwal, recuses from excise case

Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma of Delhi High Court has started contempt proceedings against Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia. They face charges for making defamatory allegations on social media regarding the Delhi excise policy case. Following this, Justice Sharma has recused herself from hearing the main case.
