Congress party moves HC seeking execution of sale deed for its former headquarters on Delhi's Jantar Mantar road

The party seeks execution of a sale deed for its former headquarters at 7, Jantar Mantar Road. The Congress has been in possession of the property for decades. They paid sale consideration in 1959.
