Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has urged citizens to adopt austerity measures to combat the West Asia crisis. He called for work-from-home twice a week, reduced vehicle usage in official convoys, and a 50% cut in ministerial fleets. The CM also promoted public transport, cycling, and electric vehicles and called for a weekly no-vehicle day.
