Jharkhand Launches Online Portal for Unauthorised Building Regularisation

Jharkhand has launched a new online portal to regularize unauthorized residential buildings up to G+2 height on plots under 300 sq mt. This initiative offers a one-time chance for residents to legalize homes built without sanctioned maps, addressing long-standing uncertainties. Applications are open for two months, with cases expected to be resolved within six months, allowing fee payments in installments.
