Odisha minister puts Rs 173cr Kalamandal project in fast track

Bhubaneswar's ambitious Rs 173-crore Kalamandal project, set to be the state's largest cultural hub, is nearing completion. The complex will feature a 2,000-seat auditorium and a 500-seat open-air theatre. Culture Minister Suryabanshi Suraj reviewed progress, urging expedited work and emphasizing quality, safety, and modern facilities to promote Odia culture globally.
