Matthew Lillard finds his way back to James Gunn for Superman sequel

25 years after Scooby Doo, Matthew Lillard will be in movie theaters reading James Gunn’s words once again. According to Deadline, Lillard has landed a role in the upcoming Superman sequel, Man Of Tomorrow. The trade didn’t report who Lillard would be playing in the flick. 

Lillard has had a pretty busy few months, though. He recently returned to the Scream universe for the franchise’s (rather unfortunate) seventh outing, and just had a main role in Daredevil: Born Again. He’s also slated for Mike Flanagan’s upcoming Carrie series...
