BROADALBIN, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A 10-year-old girl in Broadalbin, who was committed to living life to its fullest after being diagnosed with cancer, has died. Portia Robles passed away just before 4 a.m. on Saturday at Albany Medical Center, her family confirmed to NEWS10.
