SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The New York Racing Association announced on Tuesday that season ticket plans for the Saratoga Race Course will go on sale Wednesday morning. The tickets include a July 4 Racing Festival before the 40-day summer meet.

Tickets will be available at 10 a.m. on NYRA's website. The July 4 Racing Festival will run from July 3 to July 6 in Saratoga while construction continues at Belmont Park.
