A senior advisor and co-campaign manager for Donald Trump's successful presidential campaign took a swipe Wednesday night at an outgoing Virginia Republican who found himself at odds with the president-elect — and was the recipient of a primary loss by a Trump-backed candidate.
Former Rep. Bob Good (R-VA) lost his seat in Congress when he was defeated in a June primary by state senator John McGuire, who eeked out a victory by just 370 votes. After his defeat, Good stepped down as Freedom Caucus chair in September.
