Haqqani Assassination likely orchestrated by Pakistan’s Intelligence: Pro-Taliban Media

A media outlet affiliated with the intelligence department of the Taliban in Kabul, named Al-Marsad, has reported that the deadly suicide attack on the Ministry of Refugees is likely the work of Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).

The media outlet explained that “based on the threats from accounts linked to the Pakistani military prior to the attack and its nature, there is a high probability that ISIS-Khorasan (ISIS-K) is responsible for it.”
