Topeka library to celebrate 100th anniversary of the Menninger Clinic

TOPEKA (KSNT) - Topekans interested in learning more about the impact and history of the Menninger family can visit the local library later this month for a special event.

The Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library announced that it will be hosting a Menninger Clinic 100th Anniversary celebration from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 18 inside the Marvin Auditorium. Dr. W. Walter Menninger and former staff will be present sharing memories of their time at the clinic prior to its exit from Topeka in 2002.
