OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — An Edmond contractor has been fined over $85,000 after one of their employees was killed in a trench collapse back in February.
According to the U.S. Department of Labor, a 61-year-old pipe layer employed by Jerlow Construction Co. was killed when a nine-foot trench collapsed at a residential worksite in Shawnee while working to install an eight-inch water line.
