PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Portland could be breaking weather records on Friday.
Portland had its warmest day so far this year on Thursday reaching 83 degrees. While that was substantial, 15 degrees above normal, it's nothing compared to how warm it could get Friday afternoon.
The latest warming trend comes with dry winds from the northeast. Records will likely be broken by late afternoon if temps get to 90 degrees. The record at PDX for May 10 is 89 degrees (2019). The possibility exists for records again on Saturday...
