Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) vowed Wednesday to go through with an attempt to oust House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) with a so-called "motion to vacate" next week.
An animated Greene clarified her intentions at a press conference outside the U.S. Capitol. But she noted that Democrats were poised to save Johnson's speakership.
"Well, I find it very satisfying that they are ready to vote for Mike Johnson," she said. "And you want to know something? I want to see it happen."
