TOPEKA (KSNT) - The capital city received a more $5 million grant in an effort to improve pedestrian and traffic safety.
On Tuesday, a spokesman with the city of Topeka announced it received more than $4.3 million as part of the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).
