Cold reception. NWSL players oppose European calendar proposal
April 20 – The NWSL Players Association flexed its muscles at the end of last week with the majority of its members opposing the flipping of the league to a fall-to-spring calendar. The Board of Governors is expected to vote on the switch in the last week of April.
