Promoter Carlos Llinas presented another card of his long-running Night of Knockouts series at Detroit’s MotorCity Casino on Saturday night. Local heavyweight Vernon Webber headlined the main event against Devonte Williams of Houston. Williams showed very little movement throughout the contest, and Webber was content to work him over with an assortment of blows to the head and body.
