England’s Lone’er Kavanagh defeated Mexico’s Brandon Moreno by unanimous decision at Arena Ciudad de México in the main event of UFC Fight Night Mexico.

“The Assassin Baby” Moreno was a slight favorite to continue his path toward another championship opportunity.

Kavanagh came out determined to overpower Moreno from the opening round. By the second round, Kavanagh had executed his strategy effectively and landed several heavy punches on Moreno.
