An Unexpected Twist in the Bears Coaching Picture
The Chicago Bears will retain another key piece of their offensive brain trust. According to Dianna Russini of The Athletic, Bears offensive coordinator Declan Doyle has withdrawn his name from consideration for the Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator vacancy.
Doyle’s decision keeps him in Chicago, where he will continue working alongside head coach Ben Johnson and quarterback Caleb Williams. The move comes after there appeared to be some momentum building between Doyle and the Eagles during their search process.
