Bay Area News Group girls athlete of the week: Nicole Steiner, Los Gatos basketball

Los Gatos basketball player Nicole Steiner is the Bay Area News Group’s girls high school athlete of the week for Dec. 30-Jan. 4.

In online voting that ended at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Steiner finished with 43.82% of the vote. Oakland Tech basketball player Terri’A Russell took second with 37.45%.
