DJ Moore had one of the best receiving seasons in Chicago Bears history last year, topping 1300 yards with eight touchdowns. He pretty much was the team’s offense. The fact he did it with a quarterback who was never known for being a great passer only elevated the accomplishment. So, in retrospect, it shouldn’t be a surprise GM Ryan Poles moved quickly to lock up the 27-year-old to a four-year extension worth $110 million. It is a well-deserved payday for one of the team’s cornerstone players.
