In the European part of the Russian Federation 72.5% of shopping centers have been in operation for more than 10 years, 43.6% - for more than 15 years. At the same time, the expansion of the stock of leasable premises has sharply slowed down. This conclusion was reached by the analysts of Management Company "SAMPA", who conducted a study of trade infrastructure. In it they note that the problem of trade infrastructure obsolescence - both engineering and technological and moral - is becoming more and more acute every year.
