The unemployment rate in the Central Federal District of Russia (CFD) has reached a minimum of 1.6%, according to the Central Bank's report on the regional economy (analyzed by Izvestia). The indicator gradually declined throughout last year: in January it amounted to 2.2%, in summer it was already at the level of 1.8%.
