The former vice president of research at AI company Cohere and a veteran of Google DeepMind, has raised $50 million in seed funding for her new startup, Adaption Labs
Hooker and cofounder Sudip Roy, who was previously director of inference computing at Cohere, are trying to create AI systems that use less computing power and cost less to run than most of the current leading AI models.
