Yashica has announced a new throwback camera called the Tank for photographers embracing the recent resurgence in the popularity of point-and-shoots. But while Canon's resurrected Elph 360 HS costs close to $400 and the $30 Kodak Charmera produces awful results, the Yashica Tank appears to offer a decent amount of functionality for the price.
