Tokaev to pay a working visit to Uzbekistan

Tengrinews.kz - At the invitation of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will visit Uzbekistan on April 3-4 for a working visit, according to a statement from Akorda. In Samarkand, Tokayev will take part in the Central Asia – European Union Summit and hold a series of meetings. Earlier, on March 18, Tokayev spoke with the Uzbek president by phone. The two leaders reaffirmed their commitment to further deepening trade, economic, investment, and cultural cooperation.
