Unknown virus with severe symptoms has emerged in Russia – media

Tengrinews.kz – An unknown virus causing coughing with blood and high fever has emerged in Russia, according to Russian media reports. Specifically, the Telegram channel SHOT reported that infected individuals have been suffering for weeks from a high fever and severe coughing with blood, while their COVID-19 and flu tests come back negative. According to the publication, patients initially feel mild discomfort, but after a few days, their condition worsens: they become bedridden, experience fevers up to 39°C, and have a strong cough.
