Metapneumovirus - Kazakhstan's Healthcare Ministry appealed to WHO
Tengrinews.kz - Kazakhstan's Ministry of Healthcare has appealed to the World Health Organization (WHO) in connection with the spread of metapneumovirus (HMPV) worldwide. This was reported by Deputy Prime Minister Tamara Duisenova.
As the Deputy Prime Minister explained, it is important to carry out preventive measures at the moment.
"The other day, the Ministry of Healthcare voiced its opinion on this issue. The Ministry of Healthcare made an official request to the WHO. A response was received - not only for us, but also for other countries.
