Manipur govt may declare armed groups involved in civilian violence unlawful: CM Yumnam Khemchand Singh

Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh said the state Cabinet may consider declaring armed groups unlawful if their involvement in violence against civilians is established. He directed security agencies to identify groups suspected of involvement in recent violence, submit detailed reports and initiate necessary action under the UAPA.
