Cyclone Arnab has disrupted Howrah-Chennai rail services, with nine trains cancelled and 14 diverted after the Bahuda river crossed the danger mark at two railway bridges in Odisha's Ganjam district. Major affected services include the Bhubaneswar-Visakhapatnam Vande Bharat Express and the Visakha Express. The East Coast Railway has arranged food and water for stranded passengers.
