Policeman kills knife attacker outside Israeli embassy in Serbia

An attacker with two knives assaulted a policeman outside the Israeli embassy in Belgrade. During the incident, the officer was injured but managed to shoot the assailant dead. The attacker shouted 'Allahu Akbar' while lunging at the officer, who was defending himself. Serbia's outgoing interior minister subsequently raised the country's security threat level to the highest. An investigation into the attack is currently underway, following similar incidents in the past.
