Mahindra Lifespaces to develop North Bengaluru project with Rs 1,250 crore GDV

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has entered into a joint development agreement for a 10.05-acre land parcel in North Bengaluru. The development project will have an estimated gross development value of Rs 1,250 crore. It is expected to provide approximately 1 million square feet of saleable area, focusing on premium residential apartments. This project will enable the company to expand its presence in the growing North Bengaluru market.
