PM Modi creates two types of citizens - those with voting right, others without it: T'gana CM

A Revanth Reddy has accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of trying to create two classes of citizens. He alleges that the Modi government is removing votes through the SIR process, targeting the poorest groups.
