Brisk polling in eight Bihar MLC seats; 150 candidates in fray

Polling for eight Bihar Legislative Council seats witnessed a significant turnout during the initial hours. Saran Teachers' constituency recorded the highest turnout, while several constituencies faced intense competition. Voting began at 8 am and will conclude at 4 pm today. The event includes a combined electorate of over five lakh voters across numerous polling stations. Counting of votes is scheduled to take place on October 27.
